My name is Dave Seely.  My father is Jim Seely, the original driver of the Cannon Special race cars.  I grew up hearing the stories of these cars and races.  I was privileged to be able to drive the Cannon Mk4 at Willow Springs.  Dad had set the fast time of the day in this car some 40 years previous.  This website is a tribute to Ted Cannon and Jim Seely and to all of the other racers and innovative builders of this great era.  And to all of my friends that continue to drive these cars the way they were meant to be driven.  Thanks for joining us on this journey.
